How can I live my Human Design?

Your path to conscious change and intuition

The first step is conscious recognition. The second step is to take new paths. If you have noticed while reading that you have often acted against your energy, now is the time to change something. It is about making decisions that feel right and consistent for you - decisions that come from within. In doing so, you develop a new body awareness, strengthen your intuition and learn to live in harmony with your energy in your very own way.

Exercise for more intuition and body awareness
To strengthen your intuition and better understand the interaction between body and mind, try the following exercise:

  1. Take two blank white sheets of paper.

  2. Write “feather” on one sheet of paper and “a barrel” on the other sheet of paper.

  3. Crumble both sheets of paper and throw them behind you.

  4. Collect the sheets of paper again, stand firmly on the ground with both feet and hold a crumpled piece of paper in each hand.

  5. Close your eyes and feel into your body. Which of the pieces of paper feels lighter?

Your head will know that both leaves have the same weight. But it's about paying attention to what your system and your body are telling you. Some people feel a gut feeling, others an impulse from the spleen or the sacral click. It can be a brief tingling, a feeling of warmth or an inner knowing. The aim of the exercise is to consciously perceive the body and recognize the reactions without the head interfering.

You can repeat this exercise at any time by labeling the pieces of paper with topics that concern you. This way you learn to better perceive and trust your inner authority, strategy and energy.

What are beliefs?
Beliefs are convictions that we have developed through experience, upbringing or influences. They form our personal truth and influence our actions - often unconsciously. As children, beliefs help us understand the world, like guard rails on a highway. In adulthood, however, they can become a hindrance if they are outdated or no longer helpful.

Examples of limiting beliefs:
– I have to be different so that people will love me.
– I am not heard or seen.
– I am alone.
– I can’t trust anyone.
– I must not cry.

Examples of positive beliefs:
– I am good as I am.
– I grow with every situation.
– I deserve my personal happiness.
– I let go of what is not good for me.
– I belong to no one but myself.
– My knowledge inspires and helps others.

Life design can help you to consciously recognize your beliefs and redesign them if necessary. It gives you the opportunity to release old limitations and shape your life with more freedom and clarity.
