Human Design was channeled by Alan Krakower (Ra Uru Hu) in January 1987 and subsequently synthesized. Ra Uru Hu himself says that up to that point he was a conscious but not a highly spiritual person, but rather a business person (physicist) who then made it his life's work to spread Human Design as a system of knowledge. One of his greatest concerns was the use of Human Design for our children and our parents, so that we can proverbially:

“To lay a solid foundation for the future of humanity.”

In the first years of Human Design becoming known, Alan Krakower (as Manifestor) used a kind of "shock language" that confronted people with the fact that they were not living their lives and were not fulfilling their design. This way of teaching is currently undergoing a change, towards a language that establishes the system as an empirical science and works with the methods of non-violent communication and systemic conversation. Today, Human Design is declared to be universal wisdom and has no sovereignty over knowledge. The synthesis from 1987 was continually developed and supplemented by Ra Uru Hu himself. To this day, qualified people supplement and simplify Human Design in order to establish it in the world as a universal teaching.
