scope

These terms and conditions regulate the business conditions between the SAT Academy and the clients. They apply to service contracts in accordance with the legal provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations. The subject of the contract is the provision of the agreed services, not the guarantee of a specific result.

Services and subject matter of the contract

The SAT Academy offers coaching, advice and training in professional and private decision-making situations as well as further training in specialist and management skills. The range of services also includes methods for relaxation, self-awareness and cognitive restructuring.

Offers and Fees

All offers are non-binding and can be adjusted. Fees are calculated according to the agreed coaching or consulting agreement. Additional costs, such as travel or material costs, are invoiced separately.

appointment cancellations

Agreed appointments are binding. Cancellations or rescheduling are possible free of charge up to 2 working days before the appointment. After that, 50% of the fee will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full fee will be due.

Force majeure and other impediments to performance

In the event of force majeure or unforeseen obstacles such as illness or accident, appointments may be postponed. Alternative appointments will be offered, but there is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel or other costs.

Copyright and Confidentiality

All documents and content provided are protected by copyright and are intended for the client's personal use only. The SAT Academy maintains the confidentiality of all information obtained during the coaching process.

Liability

The SAT Academy's liability for coaching and consulting activities is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The client bears full responsibility for himself and his actions inside and outside of the sessions.

client's duty to cooperate

Coaching and consulting are based on cooperation and mutual trust. The client is responsible for his or her change work and should actively participate in the processes.

right of withdrawal

Clients have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the service has not yet been provided.

data protection

Personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR) and used exclusively for contract processing.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided may not be reused or distributed without the written consent of the SAT Academy.

adjustments to the General Terms and Conditions

The SAT Academy reserves the right to adapt the General Terms and Conditions due to legal or content changes.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland. Swiss law applies exclusively.
